Christian has over 20 years of experience and deep cross-sector professional services expertise, rich in managing strategic relationships and constructing collaborative partnerships to achieve complex engagement implementations.

Vice President, Federal Sector
Brian V. Hall is the Vice President of the Federal Sector for Unified Strategic Resources (Unified). He has more than 20 years of working on various technical, emergency call center, and safety consulting projects. Mr. Hall is deft at utilizing technology and processes to transform and improve the outcomes of clients’ efforts. He has managed large emergency operations and call center programs for the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, and the District of Columbia’s Police Department.

K. Troy Thompson is the Vice President of Technology at Unified Strategic Resources (Unified). He brings over two decades of experience leading large technology implementations and consulting engagements. Troy oversees Unified’s technological initiatives (internal and external), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Dan Stevens is the Chief Information Security Officer for Unified Strategic Resources (Unified). He provides information and system risk support to Unified and its clients. Dan's extensive management and IT consulting knowledge and experience across private, public, and non-profit sectors have enabled him to deliver strong, flexible, and dynamic security and privacy risk results for over 30 years. He brings a focus on strategy, policy, and compliance to help clients identify and implement strategic, operational, and tactical privacy and security solutions that bridge business, people, and technology.

Vice President, Shared Services and the State & Local Sector
Khalil J. Johnson is the Vice President of Shared Services as well as the State & Local Sector at Unified Strategic Resources (Unified). He has over 20 years of experience in research, training, professional development, and coaching. Khalil is responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development (L&D) programs that support internal employees and external clients. Khalil is an adept management consultant and thought leader and plays a key role in engagement delivery and business development.

Marise A. Awai-Bourne is the Vice President of Administration & Operations for Unified Strategic Resources (Unified). She has more than 25 years of professional organizational expertise handling complex projects, work plan development, reporting, budget/cost controls, and managing all phases of the project life cycle. She is adept at managing projects with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines. She also brings strong communication expertise, graphics, and desktop publishing skills to accomplish and refine clients’ visual goals.
