Unified Strategic jointly developed a custom case management solution for one of the largest military hospitals on the west coast of the United States of America. Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), located on Joint Base Lewis-McChord just outside Tacoma, Washington, and is one of the largest military hospitals on the West Coast of the USA. The hospital today is a 205-bed Joint Commission-accredited facility, expandable to 318 beds in the event of a disaster. Major services include general medical and surgical care, adult and pediatric
primary care clinics, 24-hour Emergency Department, specialty clinics, clinical services, wellness and prevention services, veterinary care, and environmental health services. Madigan is the vanguard for new technology in the Medical DOD.
Unified Strategic consultants provided IT/BPM services for State of New Jersey, Administrative Office of the Courts, IT Office (AOCITO), New Jersey Municipal Courts (NJC) Municipal Automated Complaint System (MACS BPM), MACS BPM is replacing the client’s existing Automated Ticket System and Automated Complaint Systems (ATS/ACS), which runs on a CICS/DB2 legacy mainframe environment. Sliver one provided the ability to enter issued tickets (moving and parking), complaint entry processing, and forms controls, known today as the ticket/complaint books assigned to an Officer. In addition, the user can create PDF copies of summons, warrants, citizens and special complaints and/or print copies of the violations. Electronic Complaint Disposition Reporting (eCDR) - eCDR is used by law enforcement officers and court personnel to enter summons, warrants, and citizen complaints. Process spans from entering a complaint and processing it at one of police stations all the way to judges in courts deciding of arrest or bail set in more serious offences. Unified Strategic provided NJC with highly motivated professionals who serve in many capacities which include Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) project planning, implementation, and ongoing support.

Trademark Office (USPTO) Monitoring and Enhancement Support of the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS), The objective of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Pegasystems project was to maintain and enhance Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) that supports patent legislative directives. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Pegasystems Project - The objective of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Pegasystems project was to develop a new Case Management system that supports patent legislative directives. The PTAB replaced the previous Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. The PTAB is the chief forum for
the two new USPTO patentability litigations: post-grant review (PGR) and inter partes review (IPR). Unified Strategic was instrumental on the Pega engagement team from the project start date. The team developed the new Case Management system, with Unified Strategic consultants forming most the team.
