Khalil J. Johnson is the Senior Director of Training and Professional Development at Unified Strategic Resources (Unified) and is responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of comprehensive L&D programs that support both internal employees and external clients’ learning and development. Khalil is an adept management consultant and thought leader, and often plays a key role in Unified’s engagement delivery, business development, and resource recruiting efforts.

Khalil has more than 20 years of experience in research, training, professional development, and coaching. A life-long learner, strong communicator, accomplished public speaker, and engaging facilitator, Khalil brings his passion for education and desire to build bridges to his position as he manages the learning and development team in the design life cycle to craft innovative, diverse, high-level, and evidence-based learning solutions to address clients’ learning requirements and business strategies.

Additionally, Khalil has supported engagements for various clients including the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), US Department of Labor (DOL), Washington Suburban Sanitation Commission (WSSC), Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority (FKAA), Tennessee Bureau of Health (TennCare), Washington, District of Columbia (DC), the State of Ohio (OH), and the State of Georgia (GA).

Khalil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and a Master’s of Educational Technology degree from Lesley University. He is also a Certified Workforce Development Professional.
