Ivy has more than 20 years of experience during her impressive career in Management Consulting, Program Support, Human Resources and Business Administration. Ivy possesses experience in benefits, administration, recruitment, employee training, counseling, time keeping and pay roll, preparation and filing business taxes. Ivy has supported clients in the Public Sector, Health Care, and Environmental verticals, working for various clients and government agencies including Washington, District of Columbia (DC), the State of Ohio (OH), the State of Georgia (GA), the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the US Department of Labor (DOL).

Additionally, Ivy has more than 10 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry and has secured in excess of $1 Million in grant funding for energy efficiency projects that specifically target Low Income properties throughout DC, to reduce residents’ energy costs. She has personally affected over 1,000 households through assistance with job retention, energy cost reductions and community outreach.

Ivy is a graduate of the Career Technical Institute, in Washington, DC with a focus on Computer Applications and Bookkeeping. She is a native Washingtonian, and in her free time, you can find Ivy cooking, writing novels, and most importantly community service.
