Christian M. Gibbs, Unified’s President and Founder, is a management consultant, business development expert, and entrepreneur in the strategy consulting, technology, and business process management (BPM) arenas, with particular expertise in the Public Sector, Health Care, and Environmental verticals.

Christian was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City to Caribbean and South American parents, and has always had a passion for both business and the arts. Christian has more than 20 years of experience and deep cross-sector professional services expertise, rich with managing strategic relationships and constructing collaborative partnerships to achieve complex engagement implementations. In short, Christian’s goal is to always maximize his partners’ exposure within their focused industry, in support of sales and their specific business objectives.

Christian has led regional, national and international engagements, for various companies, clients and government agencies including the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Washington Suburban Sanitation Commission (WSSC), Pegasystems, Red Bull NA, Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority (FKAA), Commerce One, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), US Department of HUD (HUD), US Department of Defense (DOD), KPMG, Tennessee Bureau of Health (TennCare), Shell Oil & Gas (O&G), PepsiCo, Tyson Foods, Emerson Electric, US Patent and Trade Office (USPTO), and Waste Management (WM).

Christian graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor’s degree and performed Graduate Studies in Public Administration at California State University. He is happily married, residing with his wife and three daughters.
